Customer Service Representative (Regular, Part Time)
Handle Money Certificate, Teller and Marketing responsibilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Money Certificate - Receives certificate deposits, pays withdrawals from accounts and makes changes in account records. Deals directly with the customer on any matter concerning their certificates.
Marketing - Qualifies leads and solicits orders for services over the telephone.
Teller - Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year related experience, preferably in the banking/finance industry. Excellent typing & calculator skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word, and AS400 data entry system. Good organizational, communications, customer service and marketing skills.
