Temporary, full time position as a Telemarketing Representative in the Loan Department. Contact prospective customers over the phone. Solicit and explain loan products and answer questions, as needed. Achieve sales target through effective telemarketing sales effort. Recommend suitable solutions to existing and prospective customers through active engagement and needs analysis. Optimize opportunities to cross sell Company products and services. Obtain referrals from customers. Ensure prompt and accurate documentation with strict adherence to Company policies and processes. Maintain records and database maintenance. Assist Loan Department in efficiently and effectively processing the various activities involved in the credit cycle. Qualifications include high school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus at least two years of related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Outlook; excellent customer service, organizational, time management and communications skills. Experience with Shoretel telephone and AS 400 preferred.
