General Manager - CAM 5 Real Estate, LLC (sister company to PFC)
Primarily responsible and accountable for the operational success of CAM 5 Real Estate, LLC. Oversee operations, marketing, construction management, lease administration and tenant relations. Also responsible for financial management/reporting, project management, and community relations. Involved in the planning of new developments and/or acquisitions.
Qualifications include Bachelor's degree in business or finance, and at least five years of experience in Commercial Property Management. Strong oral, written and supervisory skills. Exceptional negotiation & people skills, strong time manager & problem solver, and results oriented. Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to changing environment. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification, preferred.
